PHOTO EXHIBITION “boys and sea”

広告やTV番組、映画、舞台など、みるものを引き込むようなセレブリティフォトで知られる古田亘氏。彼のプライベートワークである海の情景シリーズ「少年と海」は、一昨年都内で初公開され話題を呼びました。海と対話するように撮影された作品は、息子たちの成長と海との良い関係を願う私小説的な心眼が差し込まれ、普遍的なストーリーを感じさせます。今回は撮影地である葉山にて「少年と海」シリーズを公開いたします。彼のもう一つのワーク「GREEN GATE」と名付けられた緑のシリーズから、葉山で撮られた作品も合わせて展示・販売いたします。

Mr. Wataru Furuta is known for his celebrity photos that draw in what he sees, such as advertisements, TV programs, movies, and the stage. His private work, “Shonen to Umi”, was released for the first time in Tokyo last year and attracted attention. The film, which was filmed to interact with the sea, makes me feel a universal story, with my novel mind focused on my son’s growth and a good relationship with the sea. This time, the “Shonen and the Sea” series will be released in Hayama, the shooting location. From the green series named his other work “GREEN GATE”, works taken in Hayama will also be exhibited and sold.
